Your PCA handles all aspects of patient communication.

Yes! You will be assigned a Patient Care Administrator who will learn your practice and your patients. Your routine, your schedule, all done the way you like it.

Yes, every employee is HIPAA certified and all programs used are compliant.

Yes! Your PCA simply logs into your existing software, and we provide you with our HIPAA compliant communication program. By forwarding your phone line to the desk of your PCA, they can speak to your patients in real time.

Our business is owned and fully operated in the United States of America. All Patient Care Administrators are in the United States. Bilingual PCAs may be available upon request.

No, our PCAs are employed by Remotely Speaking, so you have no tax liabilities for their services.

No, our service does not require an annual contract.
